Not likely This is ploy by him trying to convince judges to grant him bail He complaining about conditions like he's staying in the four seasons but ultimately fruitless One of the charges is witness tampering and no judge with that charge on the docket is going to grant bail So expect to see all kinds of acts from him trying to avoid sharing that cell with R Kelly
