  1. I suggest he debates Tim Snyder. I saw Jake Broe take him down for his moral ambivilence and inabiliry to consider the wishes of the Ukranians themselves and the sheer historical length of Ukraine's resistence to Russian imperialism.

  3. You don't, but I do. The inaction in Rwanda was one of the prime reasons why the west felt it had to step in to stop the genocide in Bosnia. A conundrum. Now the usuals criticise the west for stepping in there.
