@zakariyeyahye5566 they are, except russia attacked the sovereign territory of a UN member again, Ukraine, who consequently have the right to invoke article 51, which gives the defender the right to call for assistance, military, sanctions etc. Countries including the US answered that call for assistance. Russia was pretty stupid to do that, because ukraine was bound to invoke article 51, and the free world was bound to be concerned by russia's aggression.

@张-o1k don't you want as many people in the world as possible yo live in freedom or do you want them to live in dictatorships.
2
You're being ironic, right.
2
@c2225 she won; the dictator stole it from her, then tortured people who disagreed.
2
I thought he was chasing ukranian skirt. So did everyone else
2
@UniquelyCritical South Korea has taurus.
2
@thefaithful5991 I trust independent journalism. You don't have any of that
2
Going over your head, is it?
2
@viacheslav1 the data doesn't say that at all. Can you stop lying all the time. It's undignified.
2
@rk2827 why did the Dutch bother with the investigation, when all they had to do was to ask you, a giant amongst men.
2
why? Does mike tyson back putin?
2
Napoleon marched East manh times, snd won virtually every battle. You can be glad napoleon isn't around.
2
A bitterness gnaws away at you, and it will always follow you. Happy resentment day!
2
@juliyakrus were not interested in russia, that's what you can't live with.
2
You can say anything when you have no chance of having to implement it. I would so loved to have seen him negotiating the Irish border with Barnier.
2
My fear is that we take this resilience for granted. They need heavy weaponry or they will be the heroic losers.
2
Maidan 2.0
2
England isn't a country. Do you mean the UK?
2
No, they're not. China has territorial claims on Russia, and China needs the western markets. Russia's just too poor and they're aren't many people there.
2
That's what they said before they lost two navies against Japan.
2
Why is it being called an election? There are no independent observers and it is being conducted in occupied ukranian towns.
2
@robbomax1143 the BBC is 7th in the world as a reliable source according to Reporters without Borders. 1.associated press, 2.reuters 3. Abc 4. Wall Street journal 5. New York Times 6. Times of India 7.BBC.
2
5 % of russian men of working age are in the security services, but nobody was at the concert.
2
@alkurik3128 is that the only argument you have? If so, you don't have one.
2
If you lived in a country where the whole media had been suppressed and they ran five propaganda shows simultaneously all day with the same message, you would believe that message too, unless you had a phone, a VPN, and critical thinking skills. Unfortunately, your average Russian pensioner has none of those things, and what you see is the result.
2
@SunShine-ln3yn it's strange how russia attacked so many small countries, but no big powers. Is it not troll?
2
@nickita.tyshchenko or go to the villages and the provinces and see the most terrible poverty in Europe.
2
The numbers may be kept secret. They want this war over soon.
2
He's a popjlistist. He offers simplistic solutions which don't work. For example, leaving the EU, which has made us poorer and less influential.
2
Yawn
2
@justmeandmeonly2501 nato gear is higher tech than the russian stuff. Wait and see.
2
That's not the meaning of irony; an unhappy coincidence would be the word you need there.
2
@sir_patiperro because the ukranians dont want to be slaves i guess.
2
Only, it didn't.
2
No more European passports and right to residence there. Tragic, especially when you bear in mind the better wages there.
2
@locn job opportunities in Europe. Bilingualism was useful before brexit. Now we're all stuck on this island with the less educated.
2
@Captain-Buzzsaw ATAD. Passed into EU law on 20th June, 2016. It restricts corporate tax avoidance by, amongst other things, offshoring. Rees Mogg would have been very concerned by that. What's that they say? Who gains?
2
@lunaskye621 ditto. Used to teach in Germany. Since Ive needed a work permit, I can't get a post.
2
@kindmulberry7196 it's extremely difficult actually. I used to get contracts supply teaching because I wasn't tied down and could start quickly, but the bureaucracy around the work permit means I can't offer that anymore. It takes around six weeks, and why should an employer do that when they can hire someone with residence rights. Consequence; stuck in the UK in a poorly paying economy rather than earning well in Germany. I don't regret brexit, I'm very bitter that my fellow Britons took these rights from me.
2
I spoke to an educated Russian and he told me that Russians believe the individual exists to serve the state, not the other way around. In this seemingly harmless difference grows great evil.
2
Hopefully it will happen. Dictators have to be dealt with harshly.
2
He lost his cool. Not cool.
2
You got zero likes. I wonder why.
2
Is that what they say when they see that they have to buy their own body armor?
2
@davidthompson9141 strange how your "coup" enjoyed massive public support. Hmm..
2
97 to 2010 was a time of relative normality, a less divided Britain. Moderate voices again, please.
2
They deny Europe's existence anyway. They are taught there is no such thing as Europe, and that it is all Eurasia, and that they are its natural master, Europe itself being merely a collection of American vassal states, not a real culture in its own right. They see themselves as the heirs of the ancient Greeks, the Spartans not the democratic Athenians we venerate, and of the Roman Empire, calling themselves the third Rome. History is easy when you believe all that. It also explains why they see the Crimea as Russian. It has strong historical connections with ancient Greece and the Eastern Roman Empire, so for them it is very symbolic, although the history itself is empirically dubious and wrapped in myth.
2
They won't. They are all old anti-NATO former young socialist types, who delude themselves that Putin's russia is the heir of the USSR, not a klepticratic unstructured capitalistic madhouse.
2
@1984-z6h that'll get you far.
2
@kabzaify the USA is the biggest oil producer in the world, and then we have Canada, which has huge natural resources.
