  25. Russia tends to lose when its economy overheats. If it cant win before 2026, this will happen. In fact, in 2014, the ruble was 30 to the dollar. Now it is 90, not a healthy development.

Napoleon invaded russia with an army too big for the logistics system, which is why he lost, which is exactly what russia did in 2022. There is a reason russia does not have 5 000,000 troops in ukraine. It can't afford to supply them without American logistical and military support, which stalin received. The war will end with the economic collapse of one side or the other, France sustained 4,000,000 casualties with thd sane population as ukraine. At that rate, ukraine can keep going for another 25 years or so. But is the relatively small russian economy able to sustain 30% military spending, high inflation and high interest rates, and a weakening currency for much longer. It points to some sort of economic crisis relatively soon.

  29. Good question. The ussr took karelia off Finland in 1940, and yeltsin tried to sell it back to them. Finland said no, because karelia was so poor compared to Finland. So who won in the end? Finland is rich, rissia is poor.
