  9. They did. Like at the Paris and London concerts. Putins obsessive hatred toward the west has blinded him to the warnings, as it did during the kursk submarine tragedy, when a hundred plus Russians died because he wouldn't accept western offers of help.

  13. There is something called "the duty to warn", the west warned stalin that Hitler would invade, and got the day right. Stalin ignored it as propaganda, and wasn't allied with the west at that time. The warning was correct.
