  2. He's right. Courts issue warrants when there is a reasonable case to be made, based on available evidence. If the charge is false, the accused have to opportunity to demonstrate that in court. Either we respect due process, or we don't.

  5. We do expect Israel to behave better than Hamas. That is because we regard Israel as a western-style democracy. We are not surprised by Hamas, but we expect Israel to find smarter solutions than creating more hatred. Violence begets violence.
