Chamberlain acted out of isolationist instincts, and short-term self-interest. I would have expected better from Biden.
3
You're dead wrong. NATO provided a no fly zone to aid anti Gadaffi forces, who had no airpower. Do some research before writing silly things online.

@robvannNS Nobody cares what you think. It's for the Ukranian people to decide if they want western democracy or eastern despitism. You chose the latter. That's your choice. Enjoy.
2
Russia is afraid of NATO, so we need to get Ukraine in. Then we shall have peace on Europe's eastern frontier.
1
You prefer mobilising criminals . Interesting.
1
We like our freedom thank you. The Great Enlightenment was a giant leap forward for humankind, and we understand its value.
1
Have you always lived in the past?
1
He wants a secure and lasting peace, not a settlement which gives Russia a springboard to annex the rest of Ukraine a year or two down the line, but if you want to believe Russia has peaceful intentions, that's your democratic right.
1
@braxxian FDR had to wait till the US was directly attacked by imperial Japan due to isolationist sentiment in the US.
1
The face of liberty and democracy. That which you and your dictators fear the most.
1
They are careerists. Reasonably competent peacetime leaders no doubt, but hopelessly out of their depth when confronted by unrestricted evil.

Crimea is being and has been ethnically cleansed. In 1801 it was 96% Tatar, by 1925 it was down to 25%. After Stalin's ethnic cleansing in 1944 it was 0%. It recovered slightly after independence in 1991, but since 2014 it has fallen again, as a result of deliberate Russification of Crimea. Don't you just love facts.
1
It has a very good reason for existing. Together with the EU, it prevents war between its member states, and deters outside aggressors like you.
1
Our leaders see it, they get it, and yet they fail to make the case to us. A failure of leadership.
1
Inward migration is an issue, it demands more housing and public services to be created, but it is the result of being successful as a country. If people want to come to you, uou are doing something right. We Europeans should also see it for what it is, proof that we are a better place for people to live than anywhere else, so the solution is simple. We should protect those who are trying to develop as we have.
