  2. The Czechs were pressured by the west to give up their mountain fortresses in 1938, at that time they had 40 well-equipped divisions in defendable terrain,, and the best arms industry in Europe. If we had supported the Czechs, there would not have been a ww2.

Thought for the day; if the Czechs, the most eastern democracy in Europe, with the most modern arms industry of the time, hadn't been pressured into giving Hitler their mountain fortifications in 1938, and had resisted, there would not have been a world war 2, and nazi Germany would not have been able to use that arms industry against France in 1940.
