  8. Novorossiya is a deeper port than Sevastopol. It's where the tankers refill. Don't you know that? You don't have control of the Black Sea anyway. You rely on an international treaty protecting the freedom of passage into and out of the Black Sea through the Bosporus and Dardanelle Straits.
