@2206mph I dont see how you can compare biden and his Democrats with putin and his united russia. Biden doesn't imprison his political opponents, the American media is full of people deeply critical of Biden, and they are not shut down. Biden is also the fifth president since putin assumed power, because the American people live in a country where the ballot box still means something.

@ohslimgoody not everyone. I for one appreciate the fact that the US supports democracy in Europe. I know it is also important for America's own security, but still, I find it good.

It's called scrutiny. That's what democracies and serious journalists do. Russian journalists don't do this. They throw Putin easy questions, and then applaud his answers.
