  2. It is different. As someone who has spent 5 years living in Russia, I can very well understand the desire of their former satellites not to live like them, but like us. Come and experience Russia for yourself. There is a labor shortage here. As to the coup, millions of people protested for months, and they didn't do it for the cookies. Ukranians have been trying to escape Russian domination since 1709, way before the USA existed, and when Ottowa was still called Yorktown. Scott downplays human agency, and he downplays the long history of resistence to Russian rule.

  3. He can disuss it with Vlodimir Klitschko, the Mayor of Kyiv. He can tell Klitschko it was a coup. Klitscko snd millions of other Ukranians literally protested every night for seven months ithrough the Ukranian winter. Even snipers didn't daunt them.

  5. I'd be interested in his take on the activities of the FSB and Ivan Girkin in Donbas pre 2014 insurrection. I mean, Girkin has literally said that he manufactured the crisis there. He's sitting jn jail in Russia right now.

There is nothing bad about resisting countries which think it's okay to deport tens of thousands of kids, separating them from their parents for life, tellling them their patents didn't love them, and telling them their country doesn't exist. Having just read a little book about the parachute drops at Nijmegen and Arnhem, I'm proud to come from a country which fights this bloody evil.

You mean Carlson's interview, where Putin says Poland was responsible for its being invaded and the brutal occupation which followed where 6 million Polish civilians died because it refused to hand over its territory to Nazi Germany.
