  6.  @elaineklein2385  Actually Elaine, a lot of what Sachs said is NOT demonstrably true, nor is it well documented. For example: the CIA did not cause the Maidan. They likely attempted to meddle, but without doubt, so did the KGB and other russian agencies. Yanukovych caused the Maidan.
