Spok What part of what Bernie is proposing violates the Constitution, and what specific part of the Constitution does it violate?

Spok Still can't find a clause for anything in particular. Good-bye.

Spok If you are so convinced that he "violates pretty much all of the Constitution," and you can't name any examples, then that tells me that you probably don't know what is actually in the Constitution. For someone who chose a handle that is a homophone for someone who is defined by logic, you are unable to actually display any.

Spok Okay, your first paragraph proves that you are full of it. Literally the first sentence is "a more perfect union." The Constitution has its basis in Enlightenment thought and looking at history.
4
Spok Well, if it's "pretty much all of it," surely you can find an example. Don't look in the Preamble, though, because the General Welfare part might scare you.
3
Spok Yeah, sure you did. And you haven't demonstrated your ability to quote one clause in the Constitution, let alone demonstrate that you actually understand it.

Spok And how do I know that you are wrong? There are only two mentions of religion in the entire Constitution: banning religious tests in Article V, and the religion clauses in the First Amendment. If they wanted to make America a Christian nation, they would have done so, but if there was any doubt, the Barbary Treaty killed it.

Spok It was Republicans who were enamored of the Nazionalsozialistarbeitisch Party. They were the ones who tried to tie FDR's hands in dealing with him. And, if they are a creature of the left, why did they sit to the far right in the Reichstag?

Spok The way I figure it, you sound like these people who go on and on about how much they love the Bible, but can't name any actual parts of it.
