  1. I remember one time that a shrink told me, after I said that I didn't like meditation but I described my headspace when I run that I was doing something similar then. When I saw the scene in Kissing Jessica Stein where the title character tries meditation, opens one eye to look at the clock and is running in the next scene that I related oh so well.
