You can be right, but for the wrong reasons. That being said, I have a thought: pretty much every Administration has at least one high-level appointment fail (Poppy: Tower for Defense; Clinton: Baird and Wood for AG; W: Chavez for Labor; Obama: Daschle for HHS and Richardson for Commerce; Trump lost a Labor Secretary, but I can't remember the name). Could it be that Biden picked her expecting her to fail so he could get someone else? After all, it does seem like nobody not related to her or named Clinton actually seems to like her.
