@Arbaaltheundefeated Perhaps it is the context, but when people are literally talking about trying to use every dirty trick in the book to get Trump over the line, my natural reaction to "so, you say there's a chance" is to point out that it's not remotely realistic. Deal with enough fascists who are advocating for the overthrow of democracy and you get a hair trigger defense mechanism.

@Arbaaltheundefeated Yes, because 38 Democratic Party loyalists are going to throw the election to Trump after he lost the popular vote by more than six million. Do you not remember in 2000 when Democrats were trying to flip three votes to give it to Gore after the Supreme Court nonsense?

@Arbaaltheundefeated Given the number of electors who are bound by laws that replace them, it's not just "very unlikely," it is virtually impossible. It was as "theoretically possible" as the recounts swinging tens of thousands of votes in any given state.
