When your armed followers tell cameras that you told them to be there, it's pretty obvious that they got the message, and they just play the dog whistle game so people like you can pretend that he didn't mean what he obviously meant.

@victorbergman9169 Saying to "show strength" after your lawyer tells people that you want "trial by force" is pretty obvious. Mob bosses never directly say the thing. You don't tell people openly carrying guns to "show strength" if you mean peacefully and call them very special people while they are trying to assassinate the Vice President and Speaker of the House. The Mueller Report gave ten examples, and that was before he started dangling pardons to keep people from cooperating.
