  1. I think any customer grievances come down to poor management of the stores. They should make sure staff are trained properly and have good manners like the Sainsburys staff I have met are.

  8. All the houses in my street have numbers on and the road does too. Maybe I am just lucky. Even numbers are ground floor whilst odd numbers are on the higher floor.

  14. All my Sainsburys staff have been English and very courteous. I will avoid Scotland. Nice castles though, as does Wales have.

  16. If those elderly and disabled could use internet shopping they would be served better. They could get a friend or relation to help them make an order. I find Sainsburys excellent with the food and service too.
