  4. As POTUS Trump has limited options for walking into the den of his adversaries. The 'Riot Act' is one of the few. It is an official warning, in the strictest possible terms, that the government recognizes someone as an enemy of the state and threatens to use ultimate force to deal with them should they commit any act of sedition as an assembly of "twelve or more" insurrectionists in a public place. This was the FIRST and ONLY opportunity the President has had to "read them the riot act" as the expression goes and it is still in effect.

Two words: the 'RIOT ACT'. On December 6th, 2018, "twelve or more" seditionists (a requirement for the act) came together at a state function in a "public assembly" (another requirement), attended by the POTUS and were warned, in the strictest possible terms, that they were enemies of the state, subject to investigation and, if not "dispersed peacefully within 1 hour", face forceful expulsion and prosecution. This measure was the only option available to Donald Trump upon entering the camp of his enemy. The Traitors have been served.
