  1. I disagree with them both regarding ultimate responsibility. It is not a 50%-50% "symbiosis" at all. Public perception is a result of a corrupt media promoting the "gangster" lifestyle in movies, music and culture. This media is produced , published, promoted and broadcast by one specific sector of society with a nefarious agenda.
