TYT is being their asinine self. They also bring up the race card. Two things. One, this case is different than other cases across the nations as all cases are unique. You can't compare as simply as TYT did. Next, this is a process. He will be charged as a minor but chances are he will be transferred to where he will be charged as an adult after enough evidence is laid out. It is a process that happens all the time.

This is a tricky issue. Many have been tried as adults for murder, but this kid did shoot himself showing signs of mental issues. Charging him as a minor can lead to a harsher punishment, maybe. A lawyer can push for mental issues in this case. Him being considered a adult vs a minor can make the case different.

There has to be more to it than what TYT is presenting (not surprising if that were the case). The fact that he shot himself plays a role. Also, being tried as a minor gets parents involved and holds them accountable. While not a lawyer him shooting himself can be used as a way to get him released on a mental disorder. So charging him as a minor can lead to better results punishment wise, as in having the parents be punished.

Chad, Don, most suicide bombers die. For those that live what is their intent? To kill a group of random people to terrorize. This kid was posting nazi information for years and talked about trans committing suicide. After his girlfriend left him he was heartbroken mixed with being unstable. This led to him killing people he knew. In all the two cases are not comparable. And yes, there has to be more. These issues are brought up in court cases. This is why we have courts, issues are not black and white.

Welcome to TYT, their fans are racists. Plenty of white killers under the age of 18 have been charged as adults. But they will ignore that. Every case is unique. TJ Lane killed 3 people and was charged as an adult for life. He told parents he is going to "jerk off' wit the hand he killed their kids with. In this case you had a deranged individual that was heartbroken and tried to kill himself. The two cases are immediately different. But TYT fans ignore those facts and only look at race.

Chad, Don, what proof do you have? Reading these comments all I have seen are assumptions with no proof. "It was pretty simple, straight forward," It isn't straight forward. You are talking about different states, different jurisdictions, different judges and DAs, different crimes and motives. There are so many variables at play here but you are looking only at race and race alone. People like you are called "racists".

Different states, judges, DAs, cases, etc. You cannot make a direct side by side comparison like that by looking at only age and race. There are other factors. Not agreeing with this situation here, but you also can't just make blanket statements like you are.
