  1. What's sexist? Spending government dollars on everyone equal regardless of sex, or catering to a specific sex by giving them government dollars? To me this program was sexist as it basically said women are inferior and thus need help from the government. Ever heard of the "soft bigotry of low expectations"?

When I hear of a program like this it is literally the government saying "women are inferior and need added help from the government in order to succeed". Also, I feel this program is unconstitutional as it caters to women at the expense of men.
