  4. hippychikforever, location also determines price along with land. Sure, the cabin is not a mansion, but it is located in a nice area for a vacation spot. In fact, I would love to live there. A nice simple home by the lake away from people. But he doesn't live there, that is his vacation home which is a problem for a socialist.

  5. Mathew Stahl, 3/4 of funding for roads is state and local. In rural areas they lack workers so when it snows the only time that road gets cleared is when a local volunteers. And those roads are dirt and gravel. Police is state and local. Fire departments are local where some are private. 70% of fire fighters are volunteer. And Social Security is losing money. "more then 65% of the country is in favor of single payer healthcare " 80% voted against it in Colorado and it failed to be established in VT, NV and CA.
