  2. I don't see any groping. The man did "touch" here but not in a violent manner and she freaked out. He backed down but then she attacked her. She deserved to be pepper sprayed.

If what happened to here is sexual assault then that is a slap in the face for those who have actually been sexually assaulted. He poked here with his pamphlet. He did not grab her or grope here. There have been people who have been grabbed and violated. Someone near campus the other night was grabbed and dry humped. That is sexual assault. What this man did wasn't.
