  3. The argument is that is we are going to pass something on the basis of not discriminating then why not allow another thing to happen. Why discriminate against incest or polygamy? I agree that every case is different and should be looked at but we have people who say we shouldn't discriminate against gays so I say why stop there? Why are we then discriminating against polygamy and incest?
