  5. lynda, climate change, like evolution, can happen at varying rates. There is no set time scale that we know of. Climate change has been happening for over 4 billion years and is a driving force in evolution. The questions behind it are 1. How much is man playing a role in it as no study will give a quantitative value 2. Is it even bad. Some studies will give some issues that will arise, but the ecosystem has always evolved. Those issues and changes are not necessarily bad. For example, when the dinosaurs died off it allowed mammals to rise up. The issue is that people making the biggest noise about climate change are politicians and the media who honestly understand science the least.

  8. If any party is anti-science it is the left. They are misrepresenting what scientists are saying on climate change to push for political gain. Pruitt is right when we don't know to what degree man is playing in climate change.
