  2. I d, how many countries have over 100 million people? Now what is their economy like compare to ours? Medicare for all is radical. The only country with over 100 million people that you can argue does it well is Japan, but they literally work themselves to death. Also, it is not supported by Americans. 80% said no in Colorado.

They complain about a corrupt federal government, but want that same federal government to run their healthcare, college education, their jobs, more of their money, etc. And when challenged on that point they say "we need to elect the right people".   6. Joel, people use money to pay for ads. Shapiro argument was spot on. Some people in support of a candidate will go door to door, some will post signs, some will donate money, and some will dedicate their entire channel to that person.

  8. MrsShanester117, you have no clue what you are talking about. Insurance is to account for the in-elasticity of demand for something. In healthcare it is that if you get sick or hurt you need care now, and you cannot shop around. But there are cases where you can such as pregnancies, routine checkups, etc. that insurance should not have to cover. Insurance companies also have the choice of denying people and there may be a case you may never use insurance. Compare it to care insurance. It pays for accidents but not oil changes. Think why. Also, I have yet to use my car insurance. The problem with healthcare in this country is that insurance has become healthcare giving too much power to the insurance company. On major reason is the payroll tax. Another is people having the mindset you do about insurance.

  10. Also, with infrastructure, the government has companies bid on who to provide, so there is competition involved. I do not want the government negotiating when it comes to my health.
