One major issue we are facing in this nation is that several cities shoved in a corner like Miami and the bay area are experiencing population growth but limited space. We have to do a combination of building around what we have along with just suffering with inconveniences. Not excusing this poor bridge, but simply cutting lanes of traffic is not the solution.
