  1. Keihzaru In order for companies to pay for any new tax or regulations it has to pass the cost onto the customers and the employees. Companies just don't sit on the money they have, they invest it and one way they invest it is in the worker. If you take away money from them that is less money for them to invest and thus less money for the employee. Think about yourself. If I raise your taxes you now have less money to invest in your life either through a new car with better gas mileage, food, better clothes to wear at work etc.

  2. Getting an advance degree isn't that difficult in that we have JuCo and CC for cheaper options and government loans (which are actually another problem in themselves but they are available). There is no excuse in not getting an advance degree besides laziness. In K-12 public education I agree we are not spending money wisely. I am going into the teaching field myself and I see a problem in that some teachers are overpaid. Special Ed., math and science teachers are needed really bad and they have to take special courses making them more skilled then a gym teacher or an elementary teacher. Yet they are all paid the same based simply on years put in. Not on skill or demand but by years and number of courses taken.  Where in the private sector do you see that? Certain teachers who are higher in demand should get paid more and Title I schools should have money spent on making schools a better atmosphere since for some of those students that might be a better place then home for them. The problem isn't money but how it is spent.

  3. The big deal is that Bush had a poor governor and mayor to work with during Katrina. Christie worked well with Obama which is amazing considering how corrupt and stubborn Obama is. This does show Christie does have leadership skills and can work with the other side to get things done.

  4. What do you call someone who installs fear in someone and makes them pay taxes or installs fear in businesses and make them over pay workers with a min. wage. A criminal aka a liberal
