They didn't hurt anyone. They are allowed to do that. I don't support their ideas but I support their first amendment right.

KC, it exists. However, it exists in a very small portion of the population and these people are not in power.

No_Love, I am not ignoring anything the KKK and Neo Nazis did. However, you are ignoring what Antifa does. For the body count, both Antifa and KKK have blood on their hands and are responsible for that death. If Antifa never showed up the event would not have been violent.

You can't. This is not school related. They can be removed from the football team as you are not guaranteed a spot on the team. But you can't be expelled from school for this as no laws were broken and this is not school related.

If they don't do it on school grounds then the school can't do anything. There are some actions that they football team can do as you are not promised a spot on the team. However, the school can't do anything as it is not school related.

Mark Miller, did they burn the cross on school ground? Did they threaten any students? Were they participating in a school event? No? Than no, the school can't do anything. Compare it to drinking. If you are caught drinking the school can remove you from the sports team you play for. But they can't expel you. They have their right to freedom of speech.

MIles Dixon, did they threaten anyone? No. Did they do it on school grounds? No. Did they do it while participating in a school event? No. So the school can't do anything. If someone were a part of the Church of Satan and posted that on Facebook and religious people in the school were offended, should they be expelled?

" Guess what freedom of speech also has consequences dumbass" I agree, but from private individuals, not government.
1
Mark Miller, who is being bullied here? You are going to have to prove that which is difficult to begin with. Hooded masks and cross burning are free speech. Did they harm anyone or threaten anyone? No. Than they are covered under free speech, especially on private property. The school can't do anything unless they directly harmed or influenced another student or school.

T.O.N.E., to explain, when Obama was elected many on the left, including TYT, called anyone who opposed Obama a racist. It grew over time as Obama was a bad president to where they called Trump a racist and someone on TYT saying that all racists are Trump supporters. You have the development of BLM and the victim blaming by minority groups to where mentioning the idea that illegals should be kicked out of the country makes you a racist in the eyes of the ultra left like TYT. With the left becoming that radical they refused to listen to the other side. I am all for finding actual racists and condemning them, but when the left calls everyone that disagrees with them a racist than you can't have that conversation. Eventually people just act the same way towards them and it drives some people to the extreme. Ben Shapiro had a great analysis on it. He said in his video on his reaction on Charlottesville that the left has ridiculed those on the right so much by calling them racists and bigots that eventually the only people they can sympathize with are actual racists and bigots. Steven Crowder did in a more humorous way. He made up the story of "The Little Bear Who Cried Nazi". It was about a little bear who cried "Nazi" but when people showed up it was simply people like the Tea Party. But when actual Nazis show up like in Charlottesville no one cared. The point is that the left called many right leaning groups like the Tea Party racist and it driven us to where we are now. We have actual racists in this country, and I condemn them, so do many on the right. But they make up a small portion of the country and are not in power. But with how far the left has become these racists are coming out of the woodwork and are becoming more active. Until the political left can become more moderate this will be a problem.

No_Love, Antifa has hit people with bike locks and assaulted people. The right have condemned racists and the KKK, when are you going to condemn Antifa?

I support their freedom of speech along with Kaepernick's freedom of speech. I also find both groups to be ignorant.

Miles Dixon, what "shit" do minorities have to go through? Getting a job? Being responsible? Following the law?

Interesting, I will have to read that. But on the surface I can see trespassing laws playing a role here. Burning the cross may not be illegal, and I feel it shouldn't if it is done in a way that does not cause a fire (which will be arson), but trespassing on my land would be.

Magic B, the KKK has not killed anyone in almost 30 years. Racists do exist, but they are a very small portion of the population and none of them are in power. Also, if they do hang an 8 yr old they have more problems than just being a racist. I do not differentiate murder by race. Murder is murder to me. To me they would have killed no matter what race as they have many mental problems.
1
" "the KKK hasn't killed anyone in 30 years" yeah that we know of. " On record they haven't. "We know how their allies in the police departments" Yep, all of society is racist. The cops are racist, they judges are racist, the DA's and media are racists. Everyone wants blacks dead and for the south to rise again. "Also for you to say there are no racists in power just shows how much you're not supposed to be taken seriously." Name me one racist in power. Show me how they are a racist and I will take you serious.

"There was a black man lynched in NC just a few years ago" Can you point me to the story? Give me a link? Also, what makes you think he was lynched by a bunch of white guys? From what you told me it was a black guy that might have been murdered and robbed. What does that have to do with racism?
