  2. People who have CCWs are trained and know not to shoot unless they have an open shot. During a shooting in San Bernardino someone with a gun was in the area but did not fire because they did not have a clear shot. When you own guns you know how to use them properly. When you are scared of them like you are you make up fake situations.
