  1. If you keep the power on you set the standard where no one will pay. I can make the argument that I should not have to pay for electricity as I cannot afford to run my AC in 90+ degree heat. That places me in danger. Now I simply don't run it, but if you set the standard of keeping electricity on to keep people alive then I can make that argument.

  2. They are "pro life" in that they want to give innocent people a chance. She had her chance and could not pay her electric bill.
