Watch the video by Matt Christiansen on this issue. He gives more information than TYT does, such as cops running by numerous black people with zero issues.

Ok, you had a shooting and he was in the area. Cops target everyone. Noticed how he complied with the cops and was not shot. See what happens when you just listen to the cops? I see nothing wrong here.

I wonder why people do that. I have seen this happen to white people. They were in the wrong place at the wrong time. They did what the cops asked them to do like Bennett did, and the cops let them go.
2
Simple. I have seen this in white communities as well. I have had friends in the wrong place at the wrong time in handcuffs and they were white. They, like Bennett, did what the cops asked and they let them go. There is nothing wrong here. He was not "singled out".
2
What police brutality? He did what the cops asked him to do and they let him go.
2
I did not see a gun at his head in this video. However, there was a shooting, cops are on high alert. And after Bennett did what the cops told him to do he was let go.
2
If there was no shooting, than why did people run? Also, they never arrested him. To arrest someone you have to book them. They just handcuffed him until the figured out the situation and let him go. This is common.
2
"You clearly don't know the difference between being arrested and being booked. They cuffed him and took him to the station. That's being arrested." I know the difference. I have been arrested. They took me in, fingerprinted me and everything. He was detained but not arrested and than let go. When you are arrested you serve some time in a cell.
2
This is normal. I know white people who were in the wrong place at the wrong time and were handcuffed. They did what the cops asked and were let go. Nothing wrong here. Stop playing the race car.
2
Dominic, it is "wrong place wrong time" because Bennett was in an area where a shooting happened (supposedly) and everything fell in place to where he was arrested. However, he complied with the cops and was let go. If you want the body cam footage the cops ran by many black people.

Watch Matt Christiansen's video on it. He brings up great points.

Bambo, at the time the cops did not know there weren't any shots fired.

He was in the wrong place at the wrong time. However, he did what the cops asked him to do and they let him go. I see not problem. I have had many friends, who were white, in the same situation.
1
Christopher, where is the video evidence for that? Also, there was a shooting, cops are on high alert. After Bennett did what the cops told him to do they let him go. I do not see an issue.
1
necroyda, you clearly need a safe space. What was wrong with what I said?
1
necroyda, also, bringing up a legit alternative point of view is not being a troll. Unless you can point out what I said that was wrong than you live in a bubble.
1
WikeddTung, how am I trolling? I am giving an alternative viewpoint. Cops do this often during shootings to both races. It happened in my hometown once and everything there was put in handcuffs even though they were white. They did what the cops asked them to do and the cops let them go.
1
Banana Republic USA, I have read the Constitution. Where am I wrong?
1
WikeddTung, I am all for a discussion. The fact that you aren't shows you want to live in a bubble. I challenge you to prove me wrong. I want that.

" 4th Amendment. Due Process. Probable Cause. The cops had no probable cause to arrest him and clearly none to point a gun at his head and threaten his life" You need to study law buddy. First off, he did not have any rights taken away. A cop can arrest you on any suspicion when you are out in public. When you are out in public law enforcement are allowed to do certain things in the interest of safety of society. That is why DUI checkpoints and stop and frisk are legal. That is why in many states a cop can search your car but they are restricted. In my state they can search the front seat and any seat within reaching distance, so a back seat, but not a third row seat. They cannot search the trunk or glove compartment without probable cause. And they cannot look in something that cannot reasonably fit in there. For example, if they are looking for a gun, they cannot look in a thermo when it can't hold a gun. If they do and find illegal drugs that will not hold up in court. As for assault 1. That did not show up in the video 2. Cops can do that in a threatening situation Again study the law bud. As for you saying to "try it on someone", if I do it randomly that is assault. If I do it on a person who is a danger to others that is legal. Again, study the law.

I am Gumby, dammit, that officer is being charged with manslaughter. Also, that was one cop. You do know cities and towns run the police departments? Considering your lack of understanding of law I doubt that. However, one cop in Miami does not represent the cops nation wide. And again, he is being charged with manslaughter along with other charges.

Watch Matt Christiansen's video on it. He brings up great points that TYT does not mention.

Robert, prove they single him out. The reality is that there was a shooting and he was in the area. What happens is that cops will stop everyone possible that is there. He listened to the cops, did what they asked him to do, and they let him go. Simple. From what I keep hearing from these ultra leftist channels I figured he would have been shot. However, that is not what happened. What happened is what I have been saying for a long time. When you listen to the cops they will let you go. I mean, isn't the racist cops supposed to shoot this black guy? Stop moving the goal posts.

Watch Matt Christiansen's video on it, he has great points and mention things TYT doesn't.

Not true. He was unfortunate to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. However, you see how he did what the cops asked him to do? And what happened? He was let go. Simple.
