  1. Women want sex, they are just more selective in who they have sex with. That is biology.

  2. Women want sex, the issue is that for a woman they have more to lose than a man. A man could get multiple women pregnant in a day. A woman is tied down for months after getting pregnant. Thus they are more selective. They want sex in the sense that they enjoy it, and in some ways more than men. That is supported by how a man is done after one shot and a woman can keep going with multiple organisms. But due to what is referred to as the Bateman's principle women are more selective.
