  1. Yes, she broke the law. She was offering money only if the politicians did something she wanted. That is quid pro quo. That is different than what donors do. Donors give the money first and then expect the politicians to do something they like. Just like people gave Bernie Sanders money hoping he pushes single payer healthcare and education. TYT clearly does not understand law.

  2. Big difference. She wanted to give money to these politicians so they vote in a certain way. People donate money to super pacs to support candidates that may vote for policies they support. There is no guarantee.
