  2. One, if you remove teacher unions then the teachers who actually work would be compensated for. Even at that you sign a 180 day contract and you get a raise every year. Teaching is a part time job paid like a full time job. The main reason why people are not becoming teachers is because kids are brats these days. You can't hold them accountable.
