  2. Snow Cat, define "high velocity". Also, there is more than just that which makes a bullet dangerous. In reality a .22 is very deadly if someone is shot in the head. It just tumbles in there and shreds the brain. Compare that to a 9 mm that goes through a head and someone can still live.
