+LTrotsky 21st Century The fact is that it is after the game and the players don't have to participate. The players support him. As long as he doesn't force them to do it then it is not illegal.

TYT can't even get their facts straight? At around 1:50 they mentioned "start the game". This is after the game and he does it on his own. We can't even begin to get into opinions until we know the facts.

+Manuel Vazquez Not much pressure, he does it after the game is over. After the game is over most people are on the way out of the stadium. The players can easily go to the locker room and no one will notice.

+Alexander Gomez He actually prays after the game.

+Melpheos1er Actually his job was over, he does it after the game. The head coach is ultimately responsible. So based off of what you said what he did is legal.

+Melpheos1er That is not true. Everywhere the story is mentioned says he does it after the game. I also know a guy who played football for him (I heard about the story from him) and he says he does it after the game.

+Melpheos1er As far as I read the SC ruled that he can't force the students to pray.

+usfdave10 On Engel vs. Vitale He is not forcing students to participate in prayer On the second case He is not reading the bible or forcing students to listen On the third case He is not demanding the students pray Here is what he is doing. When the game is over he goes to the 50 yard line and prays. He does it on his own and does not require, or ask others to join him. So no, this does not violate the constitution or any court case.

He does it after the game, when the fans are leaving and when the players can easily leave to the locker room. It is quite easy. The game is over and he prays on the 50 yard line afterwards. He isn't delaying anything or drawing attention to himself.
