  1. You are killing what is, by scientific definition, a living thing. So there is an argument to be made that it is murder. For the record I am not pro life or pro choice, I just feel both sides have a combination of weak and strong arguments to where, when combined, it leads to a push.

  5. You have the right to pursue happiness, you are not guaranteed it. Also, you can't murder or assault anyone and claim "happiness". There is a legit argument in saying abortion is murder which you don't have a right to do.

  6. Because women have more rights than men. Just like men have to sign up for selective service but men don't. And around 90% of work related deaths involve men. Also, due to Bateman's principle, women have it much easier to find a mate compared to men.

  8. Marcel, it doesn't matter if it is not enforce, both men and women should be able to sign up for it. On work related deaths it is because men do much more dangerous jobs compared to women. Meanwhile women complain about the 78 cents to a dollar payment. There is a reason why there is an earnings gap and the fact that men do more dangerous jobs is related to that. Woman have a much easier time finding a mate and this is related to Bateman's principle. My personal life means nothing, I am speaking as a whole. Women have more power than what they think, and that is one of them. They can pick almost any man they want and with how laws are written these days they have an advantage.

  11. The 4th amendment is your right to privacy. The government can't invade in my private life, such as my home, without probable cause. Now you are right at "privacy" is not listed in the constitution which is why DUI check points are constitution along with stop and frisk, as you are out in public and thus interacting in public waters down "probable cause", but as a whole you have a right to privacy.
