I agree with what you said which is why the cops arrested the guy. Why do you think there were so many cops in the area? To deal with a situation like that. A few went over and arrested the guy while a few more were still dealing with the primary situation.

The dog did lunge at the cops and they didn't know if the dog was going to bite them or not. What they did was right at the time. I guess you rather see dead cops then dead dogs. Great to see where your priorities lie.

Cops are trained to shoot multiple times. Take down the threat. And you can't interfere with an investigation. Go do it sometime and have fun spending time in jail.

That guy was interfering with an situation. If an emergency vehicle is driving with its lights one you have to move or get ticketed. No different here. If that guy would have just minded his own business his dog would still be alive. You look for trouble you get trouble.

People who are blaming the cops are usually people who break the law or harass cops themselves. I have been alive for 26 years and I have yet to have a cop stop me and tell me that I am doing a great job today following the law. The only time I have had a cop stop me was when I broke the law or was having problems with my car to help. Any other times they left me alone.

He was being a distraction. When an emergency vehicle is driving with it's lights on you have to pull over. If you don't you will get ticketed. This is no different.

The owner was being arrested. Here is a potential scenario. They let the owner go, he pulls out a gun or knife and kills a cop. So now you have dead cops on your hand. Have fun explaining that to the tax payers of Hawthorne.
