Actions are similar to words. If you refuse to give up an identification to show who you are or if you are hear legally that can be grounds for being arrested. Also, that action can be admissible to court to be used against you.

Yep, asking people to show legal papers and kicking them out if they do not have them is the same as rounding up an entire group of people (who was in the country legally) and killing them.

This did not screw over AZ. I remembered all the talk about how people will oppose AZ but nothing happened. The best was when many MLB players said they would not participate in the All Star game (they did). My reaction was "well, are they not going to participate in spring training also, half the teams play in AZ". People are dumb, there is nothing wrong with this. If you are hear legally you have nothing to worry about.

Olympia.WA, those random check points are not illegal because when you are in the public it was determined there are reasonable methods of searching people without violating their rights. The reason why is because you are in the public and not in the privacy of your own home. It is why DUI checkpoints are legal and why CCW's do not violate the 2nd amendment. You can drive a car without a license on your own property. But when you drive on public roads you have to follow the law and be licensed. Those random checkpoints do not hinder your freely move because if you are illegal you should not be here anyway. Just like DUI checkpoints do not do that because you should not be driving to begin with.
