  2. bapam2, the rich spend a lot. Consumption taxes are experienced the most on large sales such as cars. Rich people are constantly buying new cars.

  3. Many toll roads exist already and they are the best roads I have driven on. Also, this is correct, this is allowing states to do tolls. They don't have to. 3/4 of funding for roads is done at the state and local level already. All Trump is doing is giving states more freedom.

  5. I feel we need a federal flat income tax and a consumption tax. The advantage of the consumption tax is that it taxes tourists and immigrants, it is also a way to tax the rich more so leftists should love it.
