  2. I agree, the system is working against them. Democrats do things like raise the min. wage making it harder for black teens to get jobs at a younger age holding them back. And democrats continue to destroy the education system with teacher unions which does not educate children. And democrats keep increasing social welfare programs ruining the incentive to work hard.
