  3. Wages are taxed by the payroll tax. Benefits aren't. Remove the payroll tax and they will pay a higher wage.

  4. Gregory Samuel Teo, with the payroll tax benefits like these are not taxed, thus it is a way for companies to pay employees but not be taxed on it. Same with healthcare insurance.
