  3. The reason why they didn't put driving in the constitution was because it is not a way to potentially gain control of the government. The rights listed are ways for the people to have control over the government and not have the government have control over the people.

  4. When Obama says he is about to leave office is him pulling wool over your eyes. He may be leaving but the laws stay. Just because they are on the no fly list doesn't mean they lose their 2nd amendment right. Unless they commit some crime and gets charged for it then you can't take away rights.
