  1. Most of those 22 million are poor and young who don't vote to begin with. On a political view this is fine for republicans as they won't lose any vote. The democrat plan attacked the middle class which is why they lost.

  2. Kevin, Obamacare raised premiums for many in the middle class. They voted out democrats for that.
