Two things. 1: Religious institutions are not taxed because doing so will allow for government to abolish religion if they want 2: We have freedom of religion so allowing companies to be exempt from certain laws, such as providing healthcare, is a part of that 3: The LBGT___389dj3++&% group needs to shut up. They were the ones that shut down a business they did not like. A private business should be allowed to discriminate if they want because you have the right to discriminate against them.

  6. They are creating a section in the justice department to make sure people are allowed to freely practice their religion. But they do not establish one nor do they limit any practice of one. Totally constitutional.
