  9. You can't expel her as she has a freedom of speech. Unless she was posing a threat to someone you cannot expel her. This is a violation of freedom of speech. Also, I found the second video to be kind of funny.

  11. The university receives tax dollars thus it is the government. They cannot deny freedom of speech so what they did here was a violation of freedom of speech. Look up the Peter Cvjetanovic incident in Nevada where that student was not expelled as the president said he had no legal right to do so. Kicking out for bad behavior is being a threat, vandalizing, distraction, etc. Posting a video online is not.

Say some racist gets into office and creates a law silencing all blacks, or prevents blacks from rallying? Would you support that? I wouldn't. Why? Because I support everyone having free speech.   15. drake stenner, if she took them to court she will have a strong case, again if she was expelled. I have not looked deep into it, but if they expelled her then she will have a strong case. And every court will take her seriously as cases like this has happened in the past and entire books have been written on them. "Even people who work directly for the government can be fired for making outrageous remarks." Depends. If they are a call to action, as in killing someone then yes. Also government workers are there to serve the people, so there lies a major difference. "The law makes a clear distinction between firing/hiring and coercion.
