Cenk just contradicted himself at the end.  He said the constitution is there to protect everyone.  So now gays can have the ability to hate Christians but Christians can't have gays?  That isn't protecting everyone.  Nobody has a right to someone else's services.  Cenk needs to read the constitution again.

  2. Everyone has the rights that are protected. As long as you are not taking away rights of others then you are fine.  Where in the constitution does it say businesses have to serve everyone?  No where.  Cenk is wrong when people have that constitutional right to be served.  When it comes to slavery that I violating someone's rights thus you can't use religion to bring up slavery.
