  1. The higher up you move up in anything the more important the little things are. Cussing and how you dress mean a lot. I was getting evaluated in one of my fields and I was criticized because my pants were 1 inch too short, and we get trained on how to communicate properly. So it isn't about getting pass anything, it shows that TYT caters to a group of people who are immature, lacks professionalism, and most likely won't accomplish much in life.
